Ever wonder what shape your roof is in? Flat Roofing Systems (Torch, Hot, or Single-Ply):
- Stains or bubbles on ceilings.
- Excess water pooling or ponding.
- Blisters or worn lap seams.
- Depressions near vent pipes.
- Splits in sealant around pipes, vents, or A/C curbs.
- Separations in flashing.
- Clogged drains.
- Splits in sealant around drains.
